Energised Well Done & Post Race Tips…

What a wonderful weekend of beautiful Spring Weather!

And some great running from Team Energised Athletes out and about, mainly at Bath Half Marathon with a few at Cambridge and Silverstone plus the Gert Rush Challenge (lindsay and Jenny!) for St Peters Hospice (photo kindly from their facebook page where you can support them!)  and the odd duathlon.

And I had an email from one of my Mental Strength Coaching Clients Doug who has returned from the Abu Dhabi Triathlon where he WON his Age Group – Brilliant!!

Just a mini Blog to say a huge well done to everyone who took part…..
