‘Lead with love’
Truly special day with @fitsup_scotland into a very special night at the Heart & Soul Fitness Awards 2026
Ahh… Totally overwhelmed & humbled to win National Inspirational Fitness Personality…. it’s been emotional, ha….
This is for every single person I know & work with in my wee business Energised Performance: Mind Body Fit Coaching, around the World, from Team GB to community work, our charity challenges, talks & trauma therapy… YOU matter, you…
Inspire…. to help someone believe in more
Heart…. The essence of courage & love
Soul…. Deep empathy, kindness, respect
When I was a teenager in self sabotage, I had an idea & a PE project of my business, 22 years on… I have the privilege of growing the dream… to help each person believe in themselves & follow their dream, little or big. And to have the tools to navigate the beautiful chaos life brings us all & the thoughts in our head…
Like us all, I still sometimes doubt myself, yet last night reminded me of the heart & soul of life, to trust in the good. And while not everything unfolds how we wish in life, it’s filled with so much beauty and possibility if we only have the courage to take the step…
So to each person last night, to you reading this & to the most amazing, beautiful human Karen Gibson organising this, the judges Lee Donald-Elite Steve Watson Lisa Hillier, whoever nominated me, Natasha Johnson Nate Turnupking Offer & each person, let’s come together and keep supporting, inspiring & growing together,
I know so many inspiring people, quietly making a difference, they inspire me…. Wholeheartedly
All that matters is the love we give & receive, the people around us,
So reach out this week & lead with love, live bravely, dig deep when it’s tough & celebrate wholeheartedly when it’s great,
For time is our gift, today is present,
Do share your inspiration, hopes and dreams…. For who knows who may read it and may be able to help you….. dare you:)
Thank YOU, from the centre of my heart & soul, keep believing team…..
With grace, grit & gratitude
Big support, Kim
