How to beat procrastination

At some point we all procrastinate – I like to think of procrastination as a distraction to action. Like indecision, if you are wasting time on these two, you don’t have time to focus on doing things that lead to success habits and growth.

This article give 3 steps to getting beyond our ‘present bias’ and ‘omission bias’ to move forward with our dreams and goals.
