Inspirational Energised Kalpna, short listed for the Asian Women of Achievement Award….

Body ConfidenceKalpna Woolf is one amazing, hard working and inspirational lady who has been part of Team Energised for nearly 10 years!  As a Team, we would like to wish her the Biggest Good Luck for the Final Presentation of the winner of the Asian Women of Achievement Award on Wednesday 15th May, she is definitely a winner in our minds.  Over the year’s Kalpna has become so much fitter, stronger and more energised, I think she could be a honorary Coach now!

She has run many 10km’s & Race for Life 5km’s raising awareness and fund for great charities, and run the Royal Parks Half Marathon. She is particularly strong with the Kettlebells and Alpha Bag kit, and when the group is running home, she has an extra kick of energy always.  Kalpna was part of my Strictly Energised Charity Ball Committee, helping organise  an amazing night, again raising money for charity & enjoying some of the Strictly Pro Dancers performing. She is funny, passionate and caring, and I know Team Energised would join me in all nominating for her to win.

Personally, it has been a huge privilege to train & coach Kalpna, as well as empower her BBC teams in fitness and well being.  I have learned a huge amount from working with her and she really deserves this Award, and should be exceptionally proud of being Short Listed. Fingers and toes crossed for the 15th May, I look forward to attending the Awards with Kalpna & celebrating her success, whatever the outcome.
