I feel really privileged to be a finalist in the Health & Wellbeing category of the Bristol Life Awards 2021 with my little business Energised Performance.
Like so many, this last year has been a huge challenge, but we’ve adapted online, raised over £2,500 for local and world charities with our challenges, given 360hrs of mental health and well-being funded coaching and over 400hrs in community volunteering, it’s tiny but every little conversation and connection I promise helps. Supporting all the little businesses, athletes and individuals coping and adapting during these times has been a huge privilege.
I’ve updated and depending my learnings to offer greater depth and support , qualifying in my Yoga Teacher Training, Nidra Yoga, Trauma Therapy, Reiki 2 and Animal Reiki, Sports Nutrition, oracle card reader, canine and human advanced first aid.
The biggest thanks to Energised sports therapist Gail, part time pa Sophie, Book keeper Claire, accountant George, graphic design support Che, my mentors Jill and Sam, that’s just a fraction of the behind the scenes team, and they are the best.
Thank YOU for being you, here’s to evolving during these chaotic times with kindness, hope, courage and care. Surrounded by friends, amazing business, charities & inspiring people we know. Whatever the outcome, it’s such a brilliant community making a difference ✨
