Here at Energised we have had a busy few months since the last EP meal in December, with many Clients competing in a variety of races and competitions, the Spring courses, Head Coach Kim reaching the £13,000 fundraising goal she set herself this year, and of course the infamous Snowman building competition! 

 So, all of this must mean that it’s time for the next Energised meal – this time taking place at Sands in Clifton on Tuesday 31st March 2009 at 7.30pm.  It’s always a fun night out, a chance to catch up with other Team Energised individuals and of course to find out what Energised will be up to in the coming months!
