Sept Bodyfit Magazine – Out Now, how to improve your running

Over the last couple of years I have written lots of features for many Natioanl magazines including Health & Fitness, Runner’s World, Men’s Fitness, Ultrafit and Essentials.

My latest feature is in Bodyfit Magazine – focusing on 6 key exercises to increase your strength, and speed, and reduce the risk of injury in their Running Booklet Supplement which includes some great training plans.

The lastest issue also has great features from regular writers including the renowned Matt Roberts, Jenni Falconer and Camilla Dallerup. Available in most large newsagents, and my local in Westbury on Trym (where I have signed copies – so funny) or by subscription…
