Spicy Lentil, Butternut Squash & Carrot Soup

One Butternut Squash
3 Carrots
1 small red onion
4 garlic cloves
200g red lentils
I organic stock cube
1 finely chopped red chilli
Freshly Chopped Coriander
Sprinkle of Cumin and Black Pepper
Water

Refuel, re energise…. add finely sliced turkey breast to boost protein levels as required.
