On Sunday 25 September this year, the Alzheimer’s Society is holding its first sporting race. Covering 85 miles around Bristol, the Mendips and more, the race should certainly prove to be a challenge – but a challenge that, with some training, you can aim for.
Starting and finishing at Blaise Castle, this charity ride will provide breathtaking scenery, challenging climbs and a stern challenge to the cyclists out there.

Remember the Sri Chimnoy Relays on Tuesday 12th July and the Cotswold Big Swim 8am and Race for Life 5km on Sat 9th July 3pm – come and join Team Energised at these events.

Good times!
