I think the first one I ever did was Newbury Triathlon and I got off the bike to check I didn’t have a puncture as it felt so hard… no puncture, just not bike fit! I went from this to competing for Team GB at the World Champs in Hawaii and then Europeans, so I know what it feels like to be a beginner and have no clue…. to competing for the age group teams.

This plan will help you feel confident and strong to achieve the Shock Absorber Women Only Triathlon or any other race you are setting out to do.
