Following the popular two week August Intensive Bootcamp we have decided to offer you a half term, Halloween Intensive Bootcamp for 6 days – BOOST your Autumn Fitness and kick start the toning for Christmas!
You can book for all 6 sessions, pick and choose sessions, or just come to the Charity Big Bootcamp on Saturday
Our high intensive 6 Day Bootcamp will be focusing on:
* Fat Burn, toning, strength and power
* Running, Circuits, Boxing and high energy exercises
* Rock hard abs, fab posture and strong backs….
* Incorporating interval and hill training on selected days!
Our Bootcamp’s are challenging, rewarding and fun – giving you good results, support and commitment! We welcome men and women, who can jog comfortably and would like to get a bit fitter and be pushed a little – we don’t shout – we just gently encourage you, make you work much harder than you realise, allowing you to achieve your results and more…!!
