Well with the lovely September sunshine it seems Team Energised is out and about running many different races and I would like to wish everyone lots of success and enjoyment….first up we have the Cancer Research 10km at Ashton Court, follwed by three half marathons and even a triathlon or two!

Head Coach Kim is running all three half marathons, in two weeks – Run to the Beat, the Royal Parks and Amsterdam Halfs,  with a variety of different clients, for Get Kids Going (www.getkidsgoing.org). This is a really worthwhile charity raising money for disabled children to have sports mobility wheelchairs – please give as much as you can for this amazing charity which helps change young peoples lives!  Thank you so much – to donate please visit www.justgiving.com/kimingleby – and Kim does not really run more than 10km normally so it will be an interesting challenge…!
