Get fitter for summer with Bootcamp – starts on 12th May!

Summer is coming and Bootcamp is back…this popular 10 week course will include cardio, strength & core work, and is suitable for all levels of fitness, whether you are training for a half or full marathon, triathlon, or just wanting to look good this summer!

Summer Bootcamp will be starting on Tuesday 12th May, and running every week at 6.30pm on the Downs until Tuesday 14th July.  You can either pay per session, or pay in advance for the whole 10 weeks!  And remember that if you join Team Energised in May 2009, you will pay a special introductory rate and you will receive a generous discount off the price of this, and any other course you do until June 2010!  Other courses running over the summer months include our Flexi Bar, Core & Postural Course (starts 20th May, David Lloyd members only), Race for Life training (starts 26th May) and Bikini Blitz (starts 16th June).  For more information, or to reserve your place on any of our courses, please visit Courses & Events, or e-mail Kim (EP will be running the Italian Fitness Camp in Tuscany from 2nd-10th May, so will respond to your e-mails on Monday 11th May.)  Thank you and we hope to see you soon!
