Early this week our Energised 12 Week New Year Bootcamp started, aiming to get everyone fitter, stronger, leaner and lighter this year with of course, more energy! We decided to do a few fitness tests to give them something to base their fitness improvements against, add a bit of competition and fun. We based them around the Fitness Tests in this months Ultrafit Magazine (Jan 2012 Issue with the wonderful Kelly Holmes on the front).
We tested their Press Ups, Burpees & Sit Ups to fatigue, and a timed run – all outdoors. I am so impressed – Clara did 100 Half Press Ups, putting her way off the excellent scale – what is she going to do in 12 weeks!
