#FridayFood: Power Smoothie

By request from Team Energised, a Smoothie that will make you #feelgood in the mornings…. try this one, packed full of goodness:

Base Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of Hion Purple Powder
  • 1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup blackberries & blueberry mix
  • 1/2 banana and 1/2 avocado (or 1 banana and no avocado)
  • 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger – peeled
  • Additional ingredients for a ‘Super powered Smoothie!’ – great post workout
  • 2 tsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of almond butter or Sunwarrier Protein scoop (can take the banana out, add handful of spinach, depending on goals)
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • Topped with cinnamon
Blend up and feel good 🙂
