Energised Racing Athletes Gain the Edge & Look into 2013!

A mini blog with a BIG WELL DONE to several Energised ones racing this weekend, in particular Team Pocock, Tim Pocock who completed his 2012 Triathlon Season with an excellent race at Vitruvian Middle Distance Triathlon (http://www.pacesetterevents.com/vitruvian-triathlon.php).  Also racing there were Claire Doherty & Corinne Ellison, an inspiring pair of ladies I have met through Twitter, and are achieving great things at Middle & Ironman distance this year.  Bring on 2013 I say! Have a look at Corinne’s website, inspiring… http://www.corinneellison.com/ & also Helen Russell’s who has finished her season in winning style too… http://www.hrussell.co.uk/

Combined with them, my cousin Louise Milne Home had a great ride at her first four star event, Burghley Horse Trials and now heads to Badminton next year. Here’s to an awesome winter season and happy horses, ready for 2013 too! Check out her site here: http://www.louisamilnehome.com/

And now we have the closing ceremony for the Paralympics, with my Mum’s all time band, Coldplay. She has been on several boats with them it appears in the north of the Bonnie Land of Scotland! What an amazing couple of weeks of inspiring sport, as one athlete said,‘ Focus on what you can do, not what you cannot. Everyone has something that ‘disables’ them, it’s how you choose to get on with your life that make’s the difference…’

So with all that inspiration and passion, write a new goal down, find the people who will help you achieve it, and get going!

Thank you all for inspiring me and allowing me to work with YOU. It is a pleasure and I am very proud of you!
