Sam May is a highly experienced meditation teacher and the founder of Lucent, a Bristol-based enterprise offering secular meditation instruction for health and wellbeing. He has been meditating for the past 17 years, 11 of which he spent as a Buddhist monk. In addition to teaching meditation, Sam is a qualified acupuncturist and a health consultant for complementary and alternative medicine.
