Wednesday Workout: Quick & Simple, Bodyweight Results



Struggling to find the time to do your workout, try this….

10 Press Ups
20 Squat (jumps)
10 Crunches
10 Burpees,
10 Star Jumps
20+ sec Plank
25 lunges each leg

Repeat 1 – 6 sets depending on time, fitness base, energy and goals 🙂
