Yet it’s really good to know where your base is currently.
Try these, record and then see how you go in 6 weeks time when you re test.
Press Up’s – how many can you do with correct technique (full or half)
Sit Up’s – how many can you do with correct technique (crunches if you prefer)
Plank – how long can you hold a plank for with correct technique
Squat Jumps – how many can you do, depth of 90 degrees or more without resting
Movement – how often do you walk at least 90mins during the day?
Well Being – how often do you sleep for a good 6+hours a night & switch your screen time off?
