20 Squat Jumps
10 Press Ups
1 min Plank
20 Burpees
10 Press Ups
1 min Reverse Plank
20 Lunge Jumps
10 Press Ups
30 Sec Side Plank – Both Sides

Repeat 2-4 rounds
