#WednesdayWorkout: Leg & HIIT Day….

Try this cheeky little round and let us know how you feel!

Walking Lunges: 20 reps each leg
Burpees: 10 – 20 reps
Sumo Squats: 10 – 15 reps total (see how low you can go with correct technique)
Squat Jumps: 60 secs

Repeat as many round as you can with good technique and core engaged.
