Energised Pancake Ideas……




Woo hoo! Big Happy Pancake Day 🙂

What’s your favourite toppping’s and recipes…. here are ours. Love to know which you make, tag and share #energisedpancake!


Sweet‘ Pancakes

2 ripe bananas

  • 4 organic eggs
  • 80g (3½oz) dessicated coconut (or split with 40g of protein powder)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • coconut oil, for frying

Topped with….. Baked apple, cinnamon and almond butter, yummy!

Warmed berries, ginger and cashew nut butter

or A cheeky bit of Manuka honey if you are feeling like it.


Savoury‘ Pancakes

  • 225g (8oz) organic buckwheat flour (75g can be replaced with plain protein powder if needed)
  • 275ml coconut, rice of cow’s milk depending on your preference
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1–2 tbsp butter (coconut butter if preference)

Toppings – spinach, feta, black olive & sundried tomatoes

or rocket, lean bacon and avocado, with chilli, garlic and black pepper

If you don’t like either base, you can mash a cauliflower or banana and use that as a base on it’s own, just bound together with one egg!
