The longest time in an abdominal ‪#‎plank‬ position is now 4 hours 26 minutes. It was achieved by Mao Weidong in ‪#‎Beijing‬, on September 26, 2014.

Make sure you engage your core muscles keeping a neutral spine (bum in line), head & neck in line with the spine and don’t let yourself sink into the shoulders.
