#WednesdayWorkout – The art of manliness and WWII good posture….

This #WednesdayWorkout link is to the art of manliness website’s article on good posture back in the WWII era.

The article uses an Army field manual from 1946 that includes the physical training program used by GIs during WWII.
Where do you think your posture is on the WWII scale? And how relevant do you think the 10 exercises are now?

Correcting posture is a mix of getting muscles back to the shape they should be in (too long/stretched or too short/contracted), followed by strengthening exercises to keep those muscles in shape and lastly habit, if you slouch because of habit become aware of it so you can change it.
