A simple training session, fair to say…. Legs done 🙂

Try this little workout…. if warmed up and full of energy…. 4 sets, pyramid or drop sets, reps 8-12 depending on your goal and technique… and mobilise with bands first.

A. Weighted Squats
B. Straight leg deadlift
C. Multi directional lunges with dumbells
D. Box jumps, 20″ to 18″
E. Weighted Single Leg Gluteal Bridge
F. Weighted 18″ step ups
G. Squat Thrusts
H. Foam roll, stretch, cool down , refuel, recovery, relax….
