#FridayFood – Why Sugar is Bad for You… what do you think?


Processed sugars (glucose & fructose) have been in our diets for a while now, initially only the wealthy could afford it, now it’s cheap and easily accessible.

What is your no 1 sweet treat, how does it make you feel? Could you go with an alternative? Think about how food makes you feel…. let us know…


Have a read of the above, tell us your thoughts and experiences with sugar, I agree with no. 7. Although I like fruit, I generally find it makes me hungrier particularly high fructose fruits like grapes and apples –  for me they are dessert.
