Yummy #Fitfood Friday… What is this steaming plate of goodness? 😉 Quick and simple… Sautéed chestnut mushrooms, red onions, chilli, garlic, turmeric & ginger… Then add finely chopped sprouts & leeks…..and simmer in coconut oil and lemon juice. Protein – grilled chicken, turkey or tempeh/tofu if #vegan 😊

Then add spinach leaves, chicory, pine nuts & sunflowers seeds 🍀

Tasty, green #immuneboosting, quick , yummy (I think 😉 ) #feelgood food. Change the seasoning if you don’t like this mix & add #wildrice for extra #energy and super powers & #avocado for extra good fats…. #dnafitnutrition 😋 👍 🍴
