I find sometimes we get stuck with a word in our head, like I’m not good enough, I’m too fat, I’m can’t, I should….

This week I want you to choose a word which is going to make you feel good and move you towards how you want to feel and be.

I will, I can, I’m good enough, strong, focused, brave, fearless, happy, kind…… there are so many,

Be mindful of you language and notice the changes that happen.
