So the first priority for today is to reflect on what’s most important for you in your life right now.
Is it a little time to rebalance things, or is it a gentle kick of commitment and focus?
It is also really important that the internal language you use in your own thoughts is positive and helpful, moving towards what you want to look, feel and represent.
I still fall into old habits and comparison at times, this is normal, but it’s noticing it and pausing, checking in and shifting that thought or comparison to something more helpful, or perhaps just less limiting. This is key to start writing down and shifting.
