If we were to write a book….and a few Summer thoughts.

Bank Holiday Weekend... a time to set those summer goals in place and reflect on the first 4 months of the year! Plus of course, if you live in Bristol, come to our Big Bank Holiday Bootcamp on Monday 2nd May 8.30-10am – great kick start to our Summer Energised Term.

Now if you have a moment we would be really grateful if you could post your thoughts and suggestions below, or send us an email to kim@energisedperformance.com.  We have an exciting meeting coming up in a few weeks time, and wondered if you were going to buy a fitness, wellbeing or sports performance book or app, what would you want it to be?

The suggestions so far include:

* Sports NLP & Performance – easy to use guide

* Triathlon & Running – Beginner’s all round guides – women’s specific

* Fitness & Wellbeing – various suggestions

* Goal setting, body confidence and NLP

* Core strength, posture, outdoor training and much more….

We have also had some suggestions for our library of  video clips and pod casts we are developing – if you have specific things you would like to see, please just let us know!
