Love this yummy recipe from Kim’s Kitchen, Quick, Simple and packed full of immune Boosting Goodness.

Try it…. and you can change the fish if it doesn’t suit your taste (or you are pregnant as a precaution with mercury levels), or you cannot find one from a happy source.



Swordfish Steak – grilled with lime juice, sesame seeds, chilli and garlic on a bed of Spinach and Rocket with Roasted Carrots, Sage and Garlic in Coconut Oil with Sauteed Brussel Sprouts, Spring Onions (And optional Chorizo)
