What’s going on with Energised this week?

It’s a busy Energised Weekend with clients out and about all over the place, racing and training. A perfect start to February’s fitness, fun and focus.  How is your training going, and have you got a plan for February? A massive Good Luck to the Team running the TACH Off Road (and bound to be super muddy) Bristol 10km for the RDA, the Longleat 10km and the Gloucester 10km’s, plus those doing the Stadium Dash for St Peter’s Hospice, good work everyone! Let us know how you get on and do send us your photos. Good Luck Dave, Tim, Ruth, Rich, Emma, Amanda, Katy, Fran, Julie, Kate, Jane and many others, have a brilliant race… 

There is the Bristol Big Beasting Bootcamp too, which is always really popular, 90mins of hills, speed, mud and core training, great fun!  This month’s session is with EP Coach Paul, with future dates on 2nd March and Good Friday, in aid of Comic Relief so spread the word and get involved. 

Another date for the diary is the 17th May, when Energised will be joining together with local people and schools with Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution. So save the date and if you have any questions let us know, as our Head Coach Kim is Bristol’s Ambassador. 

And finally the 7th July is Bristol’s Race for Life, and we are aiming to get 213 women taking part..
