BIG WELL DONE & Weekend Energised Round Up!

Wow! Ironman Wales rocked… what a day for Three Very Inspiring Energised Ladies who have been working with Kim for Mental Strength Training and Sports Massage Therapy.   Penny Gardiner WON her Age Group, taking a massive 42mins of her time from last year, and qualifying for Kona 2013, brilliant.  Sam Hayward completed the swim (3.8km) in 58mins which is amazing and completing in sub 12hrs, an impressive time considering she did IM UK less than 8 weeks ago. Both are coached by the brilliant Andy Bullock, ES Coaching.   And finally, Chrissie Waple completed her first IM raising lots of money for three great charities. A massive well done to you three!

Also, out in action was Claire Doherty, following the Vitruvian 70.3 she gained a 2 min PB in an Olympic Triathlon, Rebecca Drought got a PB in the Great North Run, raising lots for charity and Kevin McLernon from the Biggest Loser completed his first half marathon, before heading to Ireland to compete in the Sea 2 Summit Westport with several other Energised Clients heading out there too!

What did you get up to this weekend?  I went mountain biking for the very first time,. ever!  Awesome fun… we chose this route, perhaps not a beginner’s one, but brilliant all the same! http://www.mbwales.com/en/content/cms/Centres/Cwmcarn/Twrch/Twrch.aspx

Happy Week of 17th September to you all 🙂
