Last night saw our 9th  Energised Summer Meal at Las Iguanas in Bristol, a wonderful, happy evening with lots of stories being shared and successes.  I am so proud to work with such great people!

Following the big success of the Team Energised Relays, this weekend several of Team Energised joined the Thunder Team, sponsored by the Triathlon Shop in Bristol to run 10km loops for 24hrs at the Adidas Thunder Run, you can read more about it from Debbie’s blog below… a huge well done to Tim, Debbie, Richard Cole, Dave Gray and co for an outstanding performance.

Also out and about this weekend was my inspiring brother Fred Ingleby & friend Archie, completing the Tough Guy Nettle Warrior, a crazy race, just google it to find out more!

Slightly more normal (in this list!), was those competing in the London Triathlon including a good PT friend and colleague (apparently we were are actually brother and sister?!) Stuart Amory with a PB, the Lunges and Lycra Team and their Mum with great times ,and someone who continually inspires me, as a great role model and friend, Michelle Dillon & her Team, including the amazing Emma Pallant in her first season & Stuart Hayes storming it.  To read more about all these great events, just click on the links below.

A wonderful Blog from the lovely Energised Debbie Pocock, achieving great things, click on her fundraising page too:

Looking ahead to this weekend I would like to wish a HUGE GOOD LUCK to everyone taking part in the UK Ironman. Having completed it last year it definitely brings back fond memories (mainly!) and I look forward to hearing how everyone goes. Special GOOD LUCK powers and energy to Tim Pocock & Racheal Hunt, you CAN DO this.

A huge Good Luck to a very good friend, Lucy Jackson, from my riding days competing at the Gatcombe British Eventing Championships, really, really looking forward to running around the course and supporting you 🙂

Before that you can join us in Bristol for our Big Charity Bootcamp, 8.30-10am on Saturday to raise money for CLIC, just text 07720845849 to confirm your place.

So whatever you are doing, make sure that however big or small your achievements and goals are, you celebrate your success and are proud of YOU.

By doing this you will achieve more, have more success and have more fun in the process 🙂 It will make the challenging times flow more easily too….

Let us know your best achievement this year, and what you have done to celebrate it.
