Hummus is a very versatile food, dairy free, gluten free, veggie & vegan friendly. The basic recipe is a great foundation to add your own personal touch, my personal favourite is Caramalised Onion. Hummus is a good source of protein & dietry fibre, as well as containing trace minerals, low in fat & cholesterol.
