Well we are halfway through January already, and so perhaps you have now had time to reflect on what you would like to achieve in 2009, what your fitness goals will be, and how you might achieve these…?! Energised Performance has something to suit everyone – whatever your goals or level of fitness…!
The Weekly Outdoor Bootcamp re-started this week, and if you would like to join in, come along on a Tuesday at 6.30pm and try out a variety of things to help you achieve your goals, from hill & speed intervals, to circuits, boxing, and work on your core, upper body and legs. You could also come along to the 5-day Morning Bootcamp, to be held everyday from Monday 9th February to Friday 13th February at 6.45am, where the format will be similar to the Weekly Bootcamp.
Alternatively, treat yourself to an amazing week of exercise, fun, relaxation and inspiration in Lucca, Tuscany on our Italy Energy Week. Held from Sunday 3rd to Saturday 9th May 2009, this inspiring and motivating retreat is back for the third consecutive year, and really does promise to a wonderful week once again!
The January Bootcamp Weekend, being held at the beautiful Folly Farm from 30th January to 1st February is now fully booked, but we hope to bring you more Bootcamp weekends later in the year, so if you think this amazing weekend might be for you, please do let us know.
