BRISTOL SWEATY BETTY DANCE OUTLINE:
Week 1: Thursday 13th September
FRAME BARRE: An unconventional, fitness and ballet fusion workout. Drawing together exercises from the gym floor to the dance floor, this is high intensity cardio and body shaping class. This is a complete body workout for your heart, lungs and muscles. Anyone is welcome, no ballet experience needed.
Week 2: Thursday 20th September6.30-7.30pm
FRAME WORK: A calculated mix of exercises inspired by dance, fitness, yoga and Pilates. Grin and bear it through this high-intensity, muscle-burning sequence of conditioning and strength building exercises, combined with a cardio element, to create a long, lean, toned body and increase your flexibility.
The class moves quickly, so not advised for people with injuries or those new to exercise.
Week 3: Thursday 27th September
FRAME METHOD: This class is a series of simple isometric exercises that strengthens and stretches every muscle group in the body to create a long, lean and sculpted physique. All your muscle groups will be targeted individually with dynamic exercises to the point of fatigue, raising your heart rate and maximizing your hour.
Week 4: Thursday 4th October
FINALE WEEK: Exclusive finale- TBC!
