100 minute Big Beasting – only 4 places left so sign up today!

Now that Summer Bootcamp has come to an end, and before we get stuck into Autumn Bootcamp, would you like to boost your fitness this August with a Big Beasting?! 

By popular request this 100 minute session will be taking place on Saturday 15th August, meeting at the Downs Cafe at 9.15am.

It will include a warm up followed by speed intervals, hill & step reps, and will finish with a hard core routine and full stretch! It is guaranteed to be challenging, rewarding and fun!
