Sue Baic, Dietician & Nutritionist, and Claire Callaghan, Chartered Physiotherapist Sport & Exercise, are hosting a Women’s event on March 13th.
The event is aimed at women who want to improve their strength, power and endurance, fuel properly for exercise and get the best performance/improve race times.
Sue and Claire based the workshop on their time working with the elite national performance female athletes at Bristol University.
Fri 13th March, 7pm – 9.30pm, Bradbury Hall Centre, Henleaze.
