Move, Eat, Connect & Explore at the #Bristol Wild & Well​ Festival coming up 20th & 21st October.

Born in Bristol, Wild & Well is a completely new kind of festival for anyone who wants to live in a ‘happier, healthier, more connected way’. Taking place in various venues around Bristol’s harbourside, including M-Shed, We The Curious and the Arnolfini, with a beautiful yurt on Brandon Hill providing the focus for the Eat events and a shuttle bus linking the festival to Ashton Court for the Explore programme.

Join Head Coach Kim on Sunday 21st at Bristol’s Science Museum – We Are The Curious. Kim will be holding a Q&A session on
The Happiness Myth’, exploring the ideas we have around ‘happiness’ and how they can support and hold us back from true wellbeing.

Try out paddleboarding, rock climbing on MoveGB͛s outdoor climbing wall, silent disco woodland workouts, punk aerobics, a spinning rave with live DJs, a Tai Chi Tea Party or even aerial yoga on the iconic M-Shed cranes!

Get cooking at the many workshops and demos on offer at The Wild Kitchen and The Hearth (Wild & Well͛s fire cooking area) including sourdough making, Curing and Smoking with River Cottage, Foods for Moods, foraging, Wild Caveman Cooking, Root to Fruit Eating and Raw Deserts.

Connect with a diverse line-up of panel talks and workshops on a whole host of topics including The Nature Cure: Nature Connection and Mental Health; Rethinking Relationships for the Modern World; Food: Fetishes, Fads and Feeding the Soul; ‘The Best Sex Ever!͛; Success, Failure and Following your Passion and Exploring Anxiety and Depression.

Get outdoors and connect with nature through activities like Survival Skills, Mindfulness and Surfing, Planning your Big Adventure, Walking for Mind and Body, mountain biking, archery, firecraft and Awe, Wonder and Stargazing.
