Set yourself a Goal and do it….today

Its all too easy to spend our time saying that we have no time…. no time to get fit, no time to change habits and language that make us feel less positive … I would like to challenge you to make a Change Today – DO IT!!  Set yourself a goal and tell a friend, enter a race and belief you can do it, start using positive language and self talk…. whatever it is – write it down and make that change right now….

How about signing up to the Gloucester 10km on Sun 20th Sept in aid of Cancer Research (, or the Men’s Health Challenge in Cardiff on Sun 4th Oct (, or the Sodbury Slog (  on Sun 9th November or even the Christmas Cracker ( ) – so many opportunities to do something, get fit and feel good inside, and out… do it today!

Or you could visit the Folk House and sign up to learn a language, write a book or do some yoga! (
