2nd Dec Ashton Court Charity Run

Would you like to have fun, raise money for charity and get fit for Christmas..?! Team Energised will be taking a group of clients along to this event and it would be great to have you as part of the team!

RNLI is a very worthwhile charity and the Reindeer 5 or 10km Run provides the perfect race to raise some money for them over the festive period.  This years event takes place at Ashton Court, on Sunday 2 December 2007 at 10.30am, following a route of slightly undulating trails within the park.  The run will be a traffic free event and will take in two laps of the park with a 10k route and one lap for a 5k fun run.

There will be spot prizes for the best fancy dress costumes and Rookie the Reindeer will be on hand to start the race.  All runners will receive a goody bag, with a cup of something warm, and a tasty mince pie at the finish line!
