#ThursdayTherapy: Scapula Wall Holds

EP Sports Massage Therapist Gail came across this fab & simple little exercise for the muscles around the scapula – it recruits the lower traps and big back  muscles which more often than not are underused leaving the smaller muscles to do the work, giving rise to neck and shoulder pain. This exercise along with stretching, will ease neck and shoulder pain as it helps get functional muscle patterns returning.
