In order to achieve something different, you have to change one thing….

It’s really that simple.  Yet sometimes the simplest things are the hardest.

Take a moment…. think about what you keep saying and thinking…

Maybe you did a race this weekend, and didn’t PB or achieve what you wanted?

I’m sure you did your best… but in order to change things you need to change your habits and thoughts.

If you keep doing the same thing you will get the same results….. So, take a moment and reflect.

What do you think: I can/can’t do this, I’m not good enough, that’s not me, I will when I am….

Now… STOP.  Think about one thing you are doing and one thought you are feeling that you would like to change.

Write it down. Switch and commit to change one thing this week.

Find a quote that inspires you to stick to the change.

Find an image that motivates you to stick to the change.
