Rainbow Chicken Power:

Poached Chicken Breast with

Sauteed red cabbage, brocolli, mushrooms and kale with chilli, tumeric, balsamic and ginger

Add sweet potato or cous cous for added energy depending on training – or cottage cheese for protein pow!
