As we are almost halfway through 2009, now would be a great time to review the goals you set yourself at the beginning of the year! It may be that you have already achieved what you were aiming for, or that you have reviewed your goals already, but either way you might find it useful to spend a little time thinking about the six months ahead…!
Team Energised have some fun and exciting events in the diary over the next few months – so why not have a look and see whether you’d like to be part of the Team at one (or some!) of them, and how this might bring you a step closer to achieving your goals…!
The Team will be taking part in the Cancer Research Run 10km in Gloucester on Sunday 20th September 2009. So why not sign up at www.cancerresearchuk.org/10k, get sponsored and support Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work?!
Two weeks later the Team will be testing themselves that little bit further by taking part in the Men’s Health Survival of the Fittest– see www.mhsurvival.co.uk. Described as, “a challenging 10km route…with tough and engaging obstacles every kilometre…”, Team Energised will be at the Cardiff event on Sunday 4th October 2009 and we’d love to have you on the Team!
If a weekend in Somerset is more your style, then the Bootcamp Weekend is for you! This fantastic weekend will include cardio, core and strength work as well as goal setting, and will be held at the wonderful Folly Farm, Chew Valley from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th November 2009.
