Workout idea… Adapt as required… Remember quality, recovery & enjoyment key to results 🙂 #fitmindbody

*7 mins cardio hiit, 20/10 x 8, 3mins easy

*Wide Grip Chins or with bands assisted, 5 sets, to fatigue with good form

* Squat thrusts, 10-20 x 5

* Narrow chins, 5 sets, as with wide

* Skater lunge jump (optional) 10-20 x 5

* TRX Single leg squat jumps 10 each side x 4 sets

* TRX Core Roll 5-20 x 5 sets

* Side Plank & Rotate, Back Alternates, Hanging Leg Raise, 3 sets x 10

Stretch, foam roll, refuel #feelgoodfitness #feelgoodfood#bodyconfidence

Adapt, choose 2 exercises if short if time, if familiar with them takes about 45mins if fun and sweat 🙂 let me know how you go!
