Cheeky Little Kettlebell Workout – perfect for short training session, fat burn, strength and confidence!

Make sure you have warmed up and then try this:
 
2-4 rounds, 40 – 120 secs, 20 secs rest between each
Kettlebell Swings
Kettlebell Plank Row
Kettlebell Squat & Upright Row
Kettlebell Sit Up & Extend
Kettlebell Lunge with Overhead Press (or Bicep Curl)
