Working From Home Movement Tips

Happy Thursday, how has your week been? Working from home can mean less daily movement…. get prepared for each day, think ahead and be aware of your posture, hydration, nutrition and sleep. If you can get up and move about, do.

We recommend you aim to walk daily for a good 20 mins, vitamin D, fresh air and time away from home. And through the day stretch regularly & do some light core exercises. This unwinds your body from sitting, stretches the muscles and helps re set your body’s energy, often aiding in sleep.
