Posture: takes effort and body awareness to maintain good posture.

Even if you remember once every half hour or so to assess your posture and adjust, it will start to create the habit of holding your body in a way that minimises the damage we all do particularly when concentrating – leaning closer to pc monitors, collapsing into the shoulders when cycling, etc.
